Careers and Higher Education Day

Careers and Higher Education Day is an annual one-day event, where representatives from various industries, as well as both local and foreign universities, are invited to speak to students and to set up booth in the college to provide students with information on careers and higher education respectively. This event is typically held on a Wednesday, so that during the assembly period, JC1 students will attend a sharing by selected industry speakers while JC2 students will attend an admissions talk by representatives from our 6 local universities, NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, SIT and SUSS(formerly known as uniSIM). Thereafter, students are free to visit the information booths in the concourse to ask questions and gather more information. This event provides an excellent opportunity for you to find out more about your desired career choices and university courses, as well as learn more about the changing higher education landscape and market trends. This year, Careers and Higher Education Day will be held on 23 August 2017. Below are some highlights from last year’s event:
